The University of Pittsburgh School of Business seeks to hire an Associate Director, Digital Marketing. The associate director plays a pivotal role in strengthening the reputation, visibility, and enrollment outcomes of the University of Pittsburgh School of Business through the execution and optimization of data-driven digital marketing strategies. This position advances the school's goals to enhance brand awareness, drive prospective student enrollment, and showcase the excellence of Pitt Business across undergraduate, graduate, and executive education audiences.
Leading the day-to-day management of the School's digital ecosystem—including the website, paid media, email marketing automation, social media, and analytics—the associate director integrates user experience design and content strategy to deepen engagement among prospective students, alumni, corporate partners, and the broader business community. Reporting to the Executive Director of Marketing and Communications, the Associate Director collaborates closely with Enrollment Management, Admissions & Recruiting, Program Directors, and external agencies to ensure cohesive, results-oriented marketing efforts that elevate the Pitt Business brand and support institutional growth.

Job Summary
Oversees strategy and implementation of priority communications projects requiring cross-disciplinary and integrated approaches and serves as central campaign coordinator. Leads team and collaborates with senior leadership and internal clients on high-level communications campaigns. Establishes performance goals and measures and ensures adherence to style, branding, and regulations. Develops core messaging and creates campaign content.

- Collaborating with Programs and Enrollment Management to align marketing efforts with recruiting objectives
- Utilizing SEO and content marketing strategies to enhance online visibility and drive traffic to website and social media platforms
- Analyzing digital marketing campaigns to measure performance and make data-driven decisions
- Supervise Creative Manager and Marketing and Communications Specialist
