Company DescriptionPURPOSE OF THE JOB
The incumbent is required to execute marketing initiatives for PR and category focus. He/She will be responsible for new product launches & marketing campaigns to drive the growth of the brand and market share mainly in category focus. She will be responsible for product management (forecasting, pricing, timely product registration with FDA), Trade marketing & campaign management. The incumbent will also be responsible for all PR activities from planning to execution, to increase overall brand awareness and desirability in Indonesia.
Job Description
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
PR MANAGEMENT
1. PR / KOL Planning
- Plan full year PR / KOL strategy to help achieve overall brand objectives.
- Negotiate with media titles for coverage and optimal collaboration fee in exchange for brand exposure.
- Negotiate with KOLs and celebrities for contractual terms and scope of work which will be renewed on a yearly basis.
2. Content Creation & Dissemination
- Leverage on existing global content and amplify locally in a timely manner to media partners to ensure maximum coverage.
- Create content for press release for locally driven campaigns (e.g., store openings) and validate with Regional PR before dissemination.
- Manage and collaborate with key media titles to create locally relevant content for key launch campaigns (To be validated with Regional PR prior to dissemination).
3. Event Planning & Management
- Align with Regional PR to plan and execute local PR events to support launch animation and create buzz for the brand.
- Work with cross function team such as Visual merchandising, training teams and product marketing team to ensure the smooth execution of local events.
- For overseas events, to manage selected media titles and KOLs in event attendance and content creation.
4. Reporting
- Monthly PR reporting to regional PR team on competitor's PR activities and Dior's brand buzz vs competitors (Tribes EMV).
PRODUCT MANAGEMENT - 1 CATEGORY
1. Forecasting
- Focus Category: Selected category & all Press kits / Press files.
- Ensure accuracy of product forecast and timely submissions. (measures: launch tracking)
2. Product Registration
- Ensure close liaison with Central Registration support team so that products can be launch in line with ASPAC launch date. (measures: Onshelf date)
3. Competitor Tracking
- Close monitoring of competitor's product assortment and thereby ensuring that the brand remains competitive in terms of marketing mix (measures: monthly tracking)
4. Product Listing
- Work closely with sales team to ensure products are listed into key retailer's assortment in a timely manner (measures: Retailer's Onshelf date)
5. Product Merchandising
- Work closely with merchandising team to ensure planograms are fully optimized and carrying the right assortment for each door (measures: presence rate)
6. Campaign Management
- Full ownership to strategize 360 campaign for focus category.
Qualifications
- Qualified University/College degree
- Proficient in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook)
- Min 3-5 years' experience in PR and/or Product Marketing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
