Description

We're looking for an AI Platform Product Manager to help shape the future of digital trust solutions. You'll turn customer needs and market insights into impactful product features, working on APIs, AI-powered workflows, integrations, and world-class UX/UI across web and mobile.
What You'll Do

• Collect and prioritize feature requests from customers, sales, and market insights.
• Conduct research on API platforms, AI capabilities (LLMs, RAG, vector search), and trust-tech UX patterns.
• Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, SDKs, and AI features.
• Partner with tech leads to manage backlog, roadmap, and feature prioritization.
• Lead testing (dogfooding, UX/UI validation) and analyze feature performance with tools like Mixpanel.
• Maintain clear product documentation and support cross-team collaboration on launches.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in product management within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven experience shipping API-first or platform products; familiarity with OpenAPI/Swagger.
• Understanding of AI technologies (LLMs, prompts, evaluation frameworks).
• Strong UX/UI sensibility with tools like Figma or Miro.
• Experience with Agile, Jira, Confluence.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English & Arabic.
• Technical background is a plus; ability to collaborate fluently with engineers is essential.
