- Perform data analysis to support solution design and identify potential issues, ensuring high-quality data integration across various systems.
- Work within Agile frameworks, actively participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other ceremonies to drive project delivery.
- Lead efforts to integrate, clean, and consolidate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency across the platform.
- Collaborate with teams to define and implement visualisation capabilities to present key data insights and trends to senior stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and provide clear updates to stakeholders on project status and next steps.
The skills you'll need
- Business Analysis or Product Management experience in complex data-driven projects, ideally within financial services or compliance-focused environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including experience writing user stories, participating in sprints, and collaborating with development teams.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data analysis, data validation, and working with large datasets.
- Knowledge of data models, APIs, and multi-tier system design.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders across business, compliance, and technology teams.
