About the Role:
As our Senior Product Manager, you will be pivotal in shaping the vision, strategy, and execution of ClearlyRated's products. You will drive product innovation, develop solutions that align with customer needs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, market-leading features. This senior role requires deep product management expertise, strategic thinking, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision:

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for ClearlyRateds core offerings, ensuringalignment with the companys overall business goals.
• Identify emerging market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities to shape ClearlyRateds product portfolio and drive innovation.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to prioritize investments and allocate resources effectively.

Customer-Centric Development:

• Serve as the voice of the customer by conducting research, gathering feedback, and deeply understanding client pain points, business goals, and opportunities.
• Create solutions that deliver measurable value to customers, helping them improve their customer experience, reputation management, and business performance.

Execution & Delivery:

• Lead the development and launch of key product features, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to execute the roadmap and define go-to-market strategies.
• Define detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

• Leverage data and analytics to measure product performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive decision-making.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success and user satisfaction.

Leadership & Mentorship:

• Serve as a mentor to other product managers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Influence stakeholders at all levels to gain alignment and drive the successful adoption of product initiatives.

What We Are Looking For:

• C1/C2 English (You'll be communicating with our teams regularly)
• 5+ years of experience in product management
• 3+ years in a senior product management
• 3+ years in B2B SaaS products
• 2+ years with USA companies
• Proven track record of managing the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate customer feedback into impactful product solutions.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience influencing stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
• Expertise in Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  Solid analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making and drive product improvements.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, CX tools, reputation management, or survey platforms.
• Familiarity with integrations into CRM platforms, social media, and analytics tools.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML-powered product features, especially in customer Experience, SEO, and sentiment analysis.
• Previous experience scaling products and teams in a high-growth environment.
