Qualified candidates are able to:
Prepare verbal and written material about CRC's tools and services in a manner that effectively articulates the value proposition to prospective clients.
Learn about the needs of prospective clients, determine the best product solution for them, and educate them on CRC's product lines, services and key features.
Track progress of open sales leads, calculate conversion rates and maintain CRM. Conduct online demonstrations of CRC tools for prospective clients.
Develop and execute promotional plans for industry conferences, webinars and email marketing to generate leads and capture sales.
Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales.
Make outbound follow-up calls to prospective clients via telephone. No cold calling is required.
Maintain consistent sales growth by continuously establishing new accounts and meets or exceeds defined sales goals.
Keep abreast of our competitors' services.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Able to work independently, multi-task and meet deadlines.
Able to quickly learn about the tools and services offered by CRC.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant field.
3 to 5 years of professional sales work and/or internship experience.
Experience with MailChimp, LinkedIn, WordPress, and/or CRM is a plus.
Experience working in healthcare is a plus.
