As the Regional Head Marketing you'll: – develop and manage the UBS Wealth Management regional marketing strategy in line with business growth ambitions – manage and develop a highly motivated and professional marketing team, diversified portfolio of end to end marketing projects across Asia Pacific – act as the local lead for global Wealth Management Marketing experts located in Asia Pacific – manage the regional marketing budget with a total impact view applying return on marketing investment focus and related processes – develop and deploy a marketing related modernization agenda to maximize commercial impact of marketing activities building on the global Wealth Management marketing strategy – develop deep client insights to further inform a growth oriented business strategy

Your team As Regional Marketing Head Asia Pacific you will work in a matrix organization reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer UBS Wealth Management and the Wealth Management APAC COO. Located in Singapore or Hong Kong you will act as a key member of the global Wealth Management Marketing team collaborating closely with colleagues across the world.
Your experience and skills You have: – preferably a degree in business administration and / or marketing; alternatively evidence of strong academic acumen – min. 10 years' proven track record in a leading marketing position with significant budget and line management responsibility preferably in a global and / or multi-market environment – a successful track record in business transformational marketing, digital- and client experience related innovation and proven success in commercial outcome – preferably experience in the financial industry or are a proven fast learner – cultural experience in the one or multiple Asia Pacific markets
You are: – a strategic, all-rounded marketer with strong strategic, conceptual and analytical and excellence – a considerate line manager with strong ability to lead a multicultural / multi-location team – an entrepreneur, think commercial, challenge and take action – a strong communicator with sound communication and presentation skills to C-level executives – able to operate in a global, complex, high-pressured and fast-paced environment
