We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Retail Banking and Wealth Management team in the role of Marketing Officer working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.
To support the roll out of any new marketing propositions and campaigns to ensuring the business objectives / AOP targets are met.
To liaise with the agencies & vendors to develop and execute all the marketing materials for all the relevant marketing campaigns.
Liaise with internal stakeholders including sales, product, customer service, call centres to conduct briefing prior to launching a campaign, and support all enquiries related to our campaigns.
Work with PMG, DAT and vendors to provide post campaign fulfilment to ensure we are able to deliver the rewards and gifts to the customers within the committed timeline.
To support Amanah branches on branch merchandising and marketing related collateral.
To ensure proper record keeping of all the marketing related materials, which includes all the clearance emails and sign-offs by LGA / CMP / Shariah / PMG / Senior Management.
To ensure all the invoices are paid on time, and all the costs are charged to the appropriate cost centre.
To assist both the Marketing Manager (Propositions, Deposit & Assets) and the Amanah Brand & Proposition Manager in managing multiple product portfolios and ensure all the campaigns are launched on time and effectively.
To ensure Awareness of compliance requirements and implementation of Group Compliance Policy.
At least 1 year of working experience in marketing banking or financial products..
Ideally a degree in marketing although not essential.
Strong and confident communicator.
Independent and able to work under minimum supervision. Effective and good time management skill
Advanced level, knowledge in word processing, spreadsheets and MS Office applications
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Able to communicate clearly and confidently with Management at all levels
