Grade/Level: C11/C12 Description
This role will report to the VP Roadshow Sales & Distribution. This position requires you to be responsible for supervising Sales Operations and support the ecosystem of Direct Sales.
Work alongside with VP Roadshow to ensure that the Direct Sales Organization has sufficient roadshows in accordance with our monthly targets. Responsible for the coordination and the execution of E2E roadshow logistics and needs.
Managed internal and external stakeholders across branches, IBC and cobrand partnerships and vendors.
Continue to raise standards, improve efficiency and support roadshow growth strategy
Execute the weekly deployment schedule, reports and dashboards to help Direct Sales have a view of ongoing roadshows success.
Ensure optimal Manpower planning via allocation of FTE to various roadshows locations based on daily staff strength. Managed Roadshow driver and roadshow calendar
Managing and updating Rules of Engagements across various teams and portfolio.
Support VP roadshow to source, review and analyze effectiveness of all roadshows locations. Which includes calculating of Cost per acquisition per roadshow
Gain in depth knowledge of on the ground and competitors landscape and share with Direct Sales Platform. Track competitor offers on both CAW and Roadshow
Main coordinator for tactical offers for branches and IBC and Citi at work locations and offers
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree
Proven negotiating skills, and ability to drive results.

Ability to interface with all levels of management as well as peers.
Comprehensive knowledge of policies and procedures to ensure the maintenance of operational controls that exceed audit standards
Strong team building, interpersonal and communication

Process and control oriented, with an appreciation of regulatory and control considerations
Ability to think and react in a face paced, high energy environment
Experience in supporting roadshow sales team and vendor would be an added advantage.
Training and relevant experience in one or more of the following areas would be useful:
Statistical modelling tools such as: R, Python, RapidMiner, Knime, SAS, Matlab or SPSS
Data manipulation using scripting languages like Python or using ETL tools
