Positions in this function are responsible for the strategic development of new business opportunities to existing and new customers through the creation of new modes of selling, new channels, and new market development. Positions identify, evaluate and manage new business opportunities and marketing initiatives. Includes lead generation and response management. Uses pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise. Investigates non-standard requests and problems, with some assistance from others. Works exclusively within a specific knowledge area. Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines. Provides explanations and information to others on topics within area of expertise. Candidate must be self-motivated and able to work without direction. Team is spread across US and this role must be able to drive own activities and problem solve. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED (or higher) 2+ years professional experience working on marketing campaigns including the following responsibilities: client facing gathering info and presenting materials, costing / budgeting, development of marketing campaign strategy, and campaign implementation Project coordination experience within a corporate environment coordinating multiple teams with constant deadlines and driving project processes Ability to travel up to 40% of the time (domestic) as neededPreferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Marketing or Business Experience with any of the following: Medicare marketing guidelines, ASANA.com, Salesforce.com, Medicare Advantage English is the primary language, but fluency in Spanish is a plus.
