The Institutional Group has an immediate opening for a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to be part of our Institutional Marketing Team. The RFP process continues to grow, requiring the delivery of detailed and valuable information on our various solutions to potential and current clients. The position will report into the Head of UK Marketing. This position will support the Sales Team, the Relationship Management Team and other global functional Institutional areas.
› Respond to RFP's, RFI's and Questionnaires from SEI's target markets outside of North America – own and be accountable for the RFP completion process from start to finish › Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with sometimes short deadlines › Ensure the RFP database includes all relevant questions/answers and the answers are accurate, properly written and persuasive › Work with the sales team to create timely, compelling, customised answers for active RFP's with questions not currently in the database › Customise content by market segment and by the unique attributes of organisations within a market to ensure that the most competitive and differentiated solution is put forward › Quickly gain an in-depth knowledge of SEI's products and markets; stay abreast of solution and product changes and enhancements › Work with the sales team to enhance sales materials beyond RFPs and including other written content and PowerPoint presentations › Support marketing initiatives that target the progression of leads through each stage of the sales pipeline or reactivate historic relationships with prospects › Identify trends within RFP question sets that may lend themselves to content production targeting the wider market › Coordinate / work with the US RFP and marketing teams as needed including maintenance of RFP database
› Keep current on market conditions, regulation, SEI products and services, etc; › Adhere to all relevant FCA requirements and compliance; and › Any other ad-hoc projects as required.
Technical Capabilities/Skills & Experience Required for the Role:
› Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) and/or some relevant work experience preferred › Ability to multi-task and meet extremely tight deadlines in a fast-paced, highly energetic climate › Capable of being highly flexible and adaptive to change › Excellent attention to detail mindset, with strong organisational and project management skills › Creative writing style and ability to position SEI's various products and services in a compelling way › Superior communication skills, both written and oral › Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment › Self-starter with ability to recognise and implement new initiatives when needed › Strong PowerPoint and Microsoft word skills › Creativity in design / modification of PowerPoint slides a plus
