The Marketing manager will work on national initiatives that will help our plan partners reach their member acquisition and retention goals each year. This position will focus primarily on managing the online delivery system for field-based marketing materials. Primary Responsibilities:Create new marketing strategies and support existing marketing strategies in collaboration with the associate marketing director Help create and execute on the strategy for the UnitedHealthcare Toolkit Manage the set-up and the delivery of all national field marketing materials via the Toolkit Manage the creation of the national field marketing alternative language materials Provide Toolkit guidance to marketing team members or other users of the system as needed Help lead the team in any toolkit training for both ongoing usage as well as any enhancements Suggest Toolkit enhancements and troubleshoot issues as they arise Work directly with the toolkit vendor to maintain and improve marketing material delivery to the field Maintain collaborative relationships with the national DSNP team, marketing managers and creative team Manage relationships with Toolkit vendor, translation agency and ES&P partners Provide regular reporting on the use of the toolkit Have knowledge of CMS requirements to create field marketing materials Help to promote best practices for internal processes and procedures
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 2+ years of health care industry experience 5+ years of marketing experience Direct to consumer marketing experience Account management experience Proficiency in Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPointProfessional competency:Thinking/learning skills: good judgment, decision making, creativity, strategizing Administrative skills: planning, coordinating, managing resources Communications skills: building relationships, leading, resolving, managing conflict Leadership skills: motivating, coaching, facilitating, influencing Motivating skills: achieving results Adjustment/Self-Management skills: handling stress, personal adaptability Analytical skills: ability to use data to determine resultsCareers at UnitedHealthcare Community & State.
