Our client is hiring a Director of Marketing. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker who is always looking to improve existing marketing strategies and incorporate new opportunities to lead and oversee all marketing and advertising planning, with activities from branding, advertising, social and digital storytelling, public relations, communications, and more.

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
8-10 years strategic consumer marketing experience, with strong marketing skills, including strategic direction setting, campaign conceptualization and communication strategy development.
Strong brand and multi-channel marketing experience.
Proven ability to deliver, create and execute successful marketing strategies.
Strong budget management skills.
Proven leader in building and managing teams.
Direct marketing and interactive search experience. Must have proven account management, planning and extensive client contact experience on advertising, marketing and related communication activities.
Experience with direct-to-consumer marketing is essential.
Extensive experience creating marketing plans and strong understanding of web based and social media marketing a must.
Ability to adapt to changing assignments/multiple priorities, manage multiple tasks and successfully meet deadlines.
