We are currently seeking experienced sales &marketers in a variety of roles and levels.
Utilize insights and the consumer journey to develop stakeholder specific messaging across multiple channels. Demonstrate understanding of the brands positioning and strategy to pull through consistent messaging in his/her tactics. Involved in the market research and development of new campaign strategies, segmentation or launch initiatives. Effectively manage the agency relationship and demonstrate he/she can deliver initiatives and/or assets on time and within budget. The marketer should gain exposure to any digital platform the brand is developing and know when to use digital or print for varying communications. The marketer should also have demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and pull through their material in the field.
Professionally and ethically create, maintain and expand sales in a designated territory assignment and provide continuing education and service to targeted physicians and key hospital accounts. Job requires managing a budget, calling on academic and community based hospitals. Develop and implement strategies in key accounts, provide presentations, and sponsor programs to expand the knowledge of health care professionals, and continually educate self on the latest information related to disease states, and the changing business environment.
Bachelor’s Degree and 3-6 years of biopharmaceutical or other equivalent (relevant) experience required (i.e., device, diagnostics, or CPG)
3+years of marketing (brand or product management) experience
1+ years of sales experience
Strong analytics with excellent overall business acumen
